Your tasks at ahead professionals

• Order entry
• Ordering process including tracking of delivery dates
• Sales order processing
• Monitoring delivery dates (advancements / shifts with all suppliers and customers)
• Contact person for customers, sales, logistics, and accounting
• Cooperation with logistics to ensure punctual and desired shipping to the customer
• Consignment billing
• Booking of goods receipt invoices
• Booking of sample withdrawals
• Daily dispatch of invoices

What you should bring with you

• Completed commercial training or degree and professional experience in the field of order processing
• Above-average commitment, ambition, and career aspirations
• English language skills must be present
• Preferably experience in the ERP system (BC, Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• You are full of energy and want to hit the ground running
• Driving license class B and a car are required due to the accessibility of the assignment location
