Dish Collector cum Kitchen Helper - Full / Part Time –Urgent!
Job Summary Join our team as a Dish Collector cum Kitchen Helper to maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas and support kitchen operations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Collect and clear used plates, bowls, and trays from Return Tray Racks to maintain workflow efficiency
- Separate used dishes and plates for collection by the Dish Washing Company to ensure proper sanitation
- Wash and sanitize cutlery, trays, and kitchen wares to uphold hygiene standards
- Clean dining areas including tables and chairs to provide a pleasant environment for customers
- Sweep and mop floors twice daily to maintain cleanliness and safety in the food shop
- Maintain hygiene standards in dining, back kitchen, and public areas to comply with health regulations
- Assist with basic food preparation and food packing as needed to support kitchen staff
We welcome :-
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) operations preferred but willing to learn
- Hardworking and reliable
- Physically fit to lift and stand but no age limited
Other Information
- Salary: $1850 - $2100 + CPF + Staff Meal
- Location: 460 Race Course Road (Boon Keng Area), 3 mins walk from Farrer Park MRT, accessible by various bus routes
- Working hours: 6 days/week (Tuesday to Sunday), 7 to 9 hours per shift
