• Vietnamese nationality
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (freight forwarding, logistics, or operations coordination preferred)
• Strong pricing and costing skills, comfortable with Excel, calculating freight rates, preparing costing sheets, and managing margins
• Detail-oriented with clear, professional communication skills in English & Vietnamese
• Strong administrative skills, comfortable managing high volumes of documentation and email
