IT PROJECTS AND PROCESSES ANALYST

Plan and manage the execution of projects within established deadlines, providing support to optimize CORE and support processes, in accordance with defined quality standards and cost margins.

Functions:

• Schedule the operational tasks of the projects (coordination of technical meetings, monitoring the fulfillment of responsibilities of the involved parties, preparation of reports, monitoring of indicators, etc.); guaranteeing the quality of deliverables according to the type of project (BBPs, As-is, To-be, etc.).
• Coordinate the research and collection of necessary information (technical, operational, financial, legal, market, etc.) for the design of approved projects, as well as administration of files for each project, preparation of letters and administrative documents, coordination of activities, management of work schedules, among others related to projects and processes; in order to correctly support the planned projects.
• Analyze the current processes of the organization, using analysis techniques, such as process mapping, workflow analysis, and data analysis; in order to identify areas for improvement.
• Design solutions, including changes in procedures, automation of tasks, or the implementation of new technologies; in order to achieve optimization of processes.
• Coordinate the implementation of proposed improvements, working with the stakeholders of the organization, such as employees, customers, and suppliers; with the objective of executing the improvement proposals.
• Evaluate the performance of the improved processes; in order to ensure that the proposed objectives are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and/or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• Driver's license A1 - Desirable
• Knowledge in Project and Process Management
• Knowledge of PMI, Agile Methodologies, programming language, and database.
• Intermediate level proficiency in Bizagi
• Basic level proficiency in SQL
• Intermediate level proficiency in Excel
• Intermediate level English (Indispensable)
