Conditions:

To establish an employment relationship, candidates must meet the conditions prescribed by Art. 105 of the Act on Education in Primary and Secondary Schools (NN No. 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14, 07/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/20, 151/22 and 156/23), Art. 13 of the Act on Academic and Professional Titles and Academic Degree (NN No. 107/07, 118/12, 156/23).

A person for whom there is an impediment to employment according to Article 106 of the Act on Education in Primary and Secondary Schools (NN No. 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14, 07/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/20, 151/22 and 156/23) cannot be admitted to the specified job position.
