Do you want to give meaning to your profession by contributing to the performance of a committed agri-food sector? Join the Eurial Butter Cheese BU, the Dairy branch of the AGRIAL Group, as a BU Quality Coordinator.

We are looking for a Quality Coordinator for the Cow Pole, composed of 10 production sites (Bretagne, Nouvelle Aquitaine, Rhône-Alpes, Germany). Reporting to the BU Quality Director, you will actively contribute to the deployment of the Food Quality and Safety strategy across the entire perimeter.

With at least 5 years of experience in a position or equivalent responsibilities in Food Quality and Safety within the agri-food industry (ideally in the dairy industry), you have a good level of English. Your ability to unite people, structure continuous improvement processes, and work transversally will allow you to lead and support Quality projects within the BU.

In a context of functional management of the quality managers of the sites within your perimeter, you will adapt your support according to the specific needs of each site.

Your missions:

• Develop and maintain the Quality Management System, in connection with the site quality departments and the Operational Excellence teams;
• Deploy Quality & Food Safety standards across the entire perimeter;
• Support transverse functions (R&D, Méthodes, Sites) in the deployment of Quality projects;
• Manage Quality risks and propose progress plans to prevent and eliminate losses;
• Monitor and analyze Quality performance through indicators and action plans;
• Lead problem-solving groups following non-conformities, in connection with the relevant departments;
• Develop internal skills regarding Quality standards (internal and external);
• Actively participate in crisis management;
• Support the site quality departments, particularly with authorities, customers, and suppliers via audits;
• Contribute to the dissemination of the Quality culture at all levels of the organization.
