Join the Beurre & Fromage BU of Eurial, the Lait branch of the AGRIAL Group, as a BU Quality Coordinator. We are looking for a Quality Coordinator for the Beurre & Fromage BU, which consists of 12 production sites. Reporting to the BU Quality Director, you will actively contribute to the deployment of the Quality and Food Safety strategy across the entire scope.

Your proven expertise (minimum 5 years) in Quality and Food Safety within the agri-food industry, preferably in the dairy industry, your good level of English, as well as your ability to unite people, structure continuous improvement processes, and work transversally, will allow you to lead and support the BU's Quality projects.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining the Quality Management System to achieve a high level of performance in connection with the Lait branch's Operational Excellence project, demonstrating rigor, organization, and strong analytical skills;
• Deploying Quality & Food Safety standards across the entire scope, by mobilizing your pedagogical skills, your ability to convince, and your ability to unite;
• Supporting transversal functions (R&D, Méthodes, Sites) in the deployment of Quality projects, thanks to your excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit, and adaptability;
• Managing Quality risks and proposing progress plans to prevent and eliminate losses, demonstrating proactivity, autonomy, and reactivity;
• Monitoring and analyzing Quality performance through relevant indicators and effective action plans, mobilizing your synthesis skills, your mastery of management tools, and your sense of priorities;
• Leading problem-solving groups following non-conformities, in connection with the relevant departments, relying on your natural leadership, your ability to mobilize teams, and your ability to drive issues forward;
• Developing internal skills on Quality standards (internal and external), embodying a trainer and facilitator role;
• Contributing to the dissemination of the Quality culture at all levels of the organization, by being a committed, agile, and driving ambassador for change.
