We are looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager (PO/PM) - Data Analytics Platform to join Agregio Solutions as soon as possible in Paris La Défense!

Agregio practices agile at scale, with a quarterly development rhythm that brings together Digital Product teams and their stakeholders.

Missions

Across all product phases, from Discovery to Delivery, you will be required to:

  • Carry the vision and roadmap of the DAP: meet stakeholders, research the most relevant innovations, and make the platform the reference for Data use cases - from requirement qualification to autonomous business adoption.
  • Collect, prioritize, and deliver Data needs from all business departments, based on value and impact, ensuring that developments serve the expected results (outcomes rather than outputs).
  • Formalize needs in the form of problems to solve / expected results, then as EPICs, features, and user stories exploitable by the team.
  • Lead functional design with the Lead PM, the Tech Lead, and developers, and present solutions to stakeholders.
  • Plan releases in consistency with business units and in cooperation with Lead PMs and other product teams.
  • Define quarterly OKRs with the team and Lead PMs, and facilitate Scrum rituals.
  • Guarantee the availability and quality of service of the platform (RUN, SLA), with the DAP team.
  • Support users and clients in the adoption of delivered products and features.
  • Communicate and promote the team's strategy, progress, and products, including via demonstrations, and contribute to the product culture of the department (best practices in discovery, delivery, value measurement).
  • Collaborate with other entities of the EDF group interested in the developed products.

You will thrive in this position if you also demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in Data topics (pipelines, data quality, reporting, databases); experience in SQL is a plus.
  • An ability to quickly learn the company's functional domains (operations, finance, sales, marketing) and to translate complex business needs (energy, markets, P&L) into concrete solutions.
  • A strong capacity for prioritization and decision-making on multiple and constrained subjects, by evaluating risks and arguing in a structured manner supported by data (conceptualization and synthesis).
  • Rigor regarding RUN and SLAs, and a sense of measurement (reliability, adoption, and satisfaction KPIs).
  • A constructive and collaborative relationship with developers and stakeholders, knowing how to convey expected results to the teams.
  • Knowledge of energy markets, electrical flexibilities, energy efficiency, or renewable energy production.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
