R&D Project Manager

Do you have the ability to lead multiple product development projects at different stages and keep a clear overview to ensure timely delivery with the right quality? If so, you might be our new R&D Project Manager.

We offer a position with a diverse portfolio of projects—from simple to highly complex—where you will play a key role in driving innovation across software, mechanics, electronics, and sustainability. You will join a skilled Engineering team of specialists in mechanical design, electronics, and software.

**Project Management with a Focus on Structure and Communication

**You will be responsible for planning and executing your own projects from the early specification phase to production release or customer handover. This includes managing communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. You will handle several projects simultaneously, each at different stages. Most importantly, you will ensure alignment with the product roadmap and timelines, including:

Estimating project scope, budget and timeline in collaboration with specialists and key stakeholders

Effective project planning, including scheduling and booking internal resources

Ensuring strong collaboration within the project organization and with subcontractors

Driving progress while keeping a close eye on technical solutions, risk management, and cost control

Supporting and clarifying concepts that align with the company’s as well as our customers’ focus areas, such as IoT, Industry 4.0, and sustainability

This is an independent and challenging role where you will have plenty of opportunities to influence the development of cutting-edge solutions.

Although our activities span the globe and our customers include some of the biggest brands in the appliance industry, this position is primarily internally focused, with only limited travel required.

**Your Background

**You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (B.Sc or M.Sc) or an equivalent academic qualification, giving you a solid foundation to act as a trusted partner for our business. In addition, we expect that you:

Have 5+ years of experience as a project manager, preferably within the field of mechatronic

Possess strong technical understanding within electronics, software, or mechanics

Have a detail-oriented, structured, and consistent approach to your work

Have solid financial insight and understanding

Value well-documented project processes

As a person, you are an accomplished project leader who knows how to bring a team together and deliver optimal results. You are an excellent communicator who fosters collaboration across all functions without losing sight of the project goals. You maintain focus and overview throughout the entire process, ensuring strong results through close internal and external contact.

Proficiency in Danish and English at a high level is a must.
