Your tasks

Content creation & thought leadership

• Manage the content calendar and the content pipeline of the business unit.
• Create content for the LinkedIn page of Katoen Natie Consumer Goods & Industry.
• Support the personal branding of Business Development Managers through thought leadership and expertise.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and commercial teams to discover stories, insights, and content opportunities.
• Translate customer challenges, market insights, and logistics expertise into engaging content.
• Adapt content to different business units, sectors, regions, and target audiences.

Content trends and optimization

• Stay up to date with trends on LinkedIn, social media, and the content field and proactively come up with new ideas.
• Monitor content performance and continuously optimize the content strategy.

Video and storytelling concepts

• Develop ideas for video series and storytelling formats.
• Draft scripts, interview guidelines, and content descriptions.
• Brief and coordinate with the internal videographer, from concept to publication.
• Naturally curious and eager to learn.
• A strong storyteller with excellent writing skills in English.
• Able to quickly grasp complex subjects and convert them into engaging content.
• Feels comfortable challenging stakeholders to create stronger stories.
• Passionate about LinkedIn, thought leadership, and B2B communication.
• Globally oriented, with the ability to adapt the message to different regions and target audiences.
• 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, communication, journalism, or a similar role.
• Demonstrable experience in creating content for LinkedIn and digital channels, with the understanding that success is measured by business impact and audience relevance, not just likes or reach.
• Experience managing multiple content streams and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience in journalism, editing, or PR is a major plus.
• Speaking French is a plus.
• Experience with WeChat is a plus.
