Customer Service Officer

Your tasks

• You build sustainable relationships with your customers and act as their first point of contact.
• You follow the order entry process in our Navision system for the customers assigned to you.
• You ensure as efficient a flow as possible for the customer and proactively tackle system-related issues.
• You help monitor the smooth delivery of our products within the established delivery terms and agreements.
• You ensure periodic internal sales reporting.
• Preferably, you possess a relevant Bachelor's degree.
• Experience is a plus, but your interest and drive to succeed are more important.
• You think proactively to ensure the overall process runs as efficiently as possible.
• You work in a detailed and organized manner.
• You are communicative and speak good French and English.
• You are analytical, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented.
