Transport Planner

Our client is looking for a driven Transport Planner who ensures smooth daily planning of owned trucks and charters. You will enter a practical environment where quick decision-making, customer orientation, and teamwork are central. You ensure that every trip runs efficiently and according to plan.

Your tasks

• Planning trips with attention to loading, time windows, and driving and rest times
• Supporting and following up with drivers and loading services
• Maintaining contact with customers
• Managing track-and-trace and administration
• Adjusting planning in case of changes or problems
• Bachelor in Logistics or equivalent through experience
• Experience with TMS and ERP, such as Ortec, Webfleet or CSB
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Geographical knowledge of Benelux, France and Germany
• Practical knowledge of French and English
• Customer-oriented, flexible and stress-resistant
