Shisha Boy

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and set up shisha according to customer orders and established procedures. Serve shisha to customers promptly and professionally. Ensure shisha equipment is clean, properly maintained, and ready for use. Monitor shisha sessions and attend to customer requests when required. Replace charcoal and refresh shisha setups as necessary and according to workplace procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shisha service area. Handle shisha equipment carefully and safely. Respond to customer questions and provide good customer service. Coordinate with waiters, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service. Report damaged equipment, stock shortages, or other issues to management. Follow all workplace hygiene and safety procedures. 

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in shisha service or a similar hospitality role. Knowledge of shisha preparation and equipment is an advantage. Good customer service and communication skills. Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good personal hygiene and professional appearance. Ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Location : Dzorwulu, near Advans Ghana Head Office – Osu Badu Street 

Working Days: Monday – Sunday 

Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 AM (shift-based) 

Salary : GHS 1,500
