Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer orders. Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service. Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Recommend beverages and assist customers with their selections where appropriate. Maintain proper cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Monitor bar supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing. Handle glassware, bar equipment, and beverages responsibly. Process customer orders and payments accurately where required. Ensure beverages are prepared and presented according to established standards. Follow all applicable hygiene, safety, and responsible-service procedures. Work closely with waiters, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth service. Assist with opening, closing, and general bar duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role. Good knowledge of beverages and basic drink preparation. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.

Working Days : Monday – Sunday

Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 AM (shift-based)

Salary: GHS 2,200 – GHS 2,500
