Export Clerk (m/f/d)

For a renowned company with a modern working environment in Pforzheim, we are looking for an Export Clerk (m/f/d) with sound knowledge of customs clearance and experience in using the ATLAS customs system, starting immediately.

We are looking for

• Creation, checking, and processing of export declarations via the ATLAS customs system.
• Processing and control of all relevant customs documents (e.g., certificates of origin, movement certificates).
• Contact person for customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal specialist departments on all matters regarding export and customs clearance.
• Maintenance and updating of export-relevant data in the ERP and customs systems.
• Support in complying with customs and foreign trade law regulations as well as preparation for customs audits.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training, e.g., Industriekaufmann, Speditionskaufmann, or Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, or a comparable qualification in the field of export/customs.
• Several years of professional experience in export and customs clearance.
• Confident handling of the ATLAS customs program as well as experience with customs procedures and procedure codes.
• Good to very good English skills in spoken and written form for communication with international customers and authorities.
• Routine handling of MS Office and an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Navision or similar).
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working as well as strong teamwork and communication skills.
