Credit Controller

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a fast-growing finance team, based in Mid-Suffolk. You will support a fast-paced, high volume credit control function. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and outstanding debt Proactively chase overdue payments by phone and email Allocate payments and maintain accurate account records Resolve invoice and payment queries promptly Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies Monitor aged debt and minimise outstanding balances Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams Support wider finance and month-end activities as required Key skills: Previous credit control experience Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills Strong attention to detail and organisation Comfortable working to targets and deadlines Good Excel and finance systems knowledge Please contact Amy at Agilis for more information.
