For our renowned customer from the aerospace industry at the location in 21129 Hamburg-Finkenwerder, we are looking for:
QS Prüfer / Quality Inspector A320 Aircraft Construction (f/m/d) Hamburg-Finkenwerder
YOUR TASKS
- You will work as a Quality Inspector (f/m/d)
- You will carry out testing and inspection of outstanding work and deviations on aircraft (structural, mechanical & electrical)
- You will carry out the follow-up of automatic verification, special processes and the initiation of corrective and preventive measures
- You will carry out communication and workflow with customer teams
- You will issue deviation reports
- You will carry out the identification and traceability of the performed work according to manufacturing documentation
- You will implement internal and customer-specific procedures and instructions
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- You have completed technical vocational training as an aircraft mechanic (f/m/d), aircraft structures mechanic (f/m/d), further training as a structural mechanic (f/m/d), further training as a master (f/m/d) or technician (f/m/d), a completed technical degree as a mechanical engineer (f/m/d), aerospace engineer (f/m/d), automotive engineer (f/m/d), quality engineer (f/m/d), quality/material tester/quality specialist (f/m/d), material tester (f/m/d), or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in testing, inspector, testing activities, control, monitoring, technical documentation, Quality Manufacturing, quality assurance, QS or in quality management, QM, preferably from aerospace engineering, industry or the automotive sector
- You preferably bring experience as an internal inspector (EP), external inspector (FP), a CAT license (A, B1, B2, D) or experience from MRO (Maintenance Repair Overhaul)
- You possess knowledge in 8D, root cause analysis, PPS methods
- You possess good MS-Office knowledge
- You possess good SAP knowledge
- You have good English skills
- You are willing to work in 3-shift systems
- You have a structured, careful and result-oriented way of working
- You are a team player and have good communication skills
