AGILIOS Personal is looking for Aeronautical Structures and Systems Installation Assemblers to work at the AIRBUS facilities in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

REQUIREMENTS

• Training as an Aeronautical Structures Assembler or Technician in Assembly of Aeronautical Structures and Systems Installations.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the aeronautical sector.
• Experience in:
• Assembly of parts, assemblies, and components of the A320.
• Deburring, drilling, countersinking, and riveting.
• Complex repairs.
• Functional tests, fault localization, and repair.
• Quality control of assembly work.
• Documentation of faults and deviations.
• Determination and elimination of assembly defects.
• Reading and interpretation of technical drawings.
• Regular handling of aeronautical assembly tools and techniques.
• Structured, precise, and careful way of working.
• European Union citizenship.
• Intermediate level of English, sufficient to work in a coordinated manner with international colleagues.
• Availability to work and live in Germany.

FUNCTIONS

• Assembly and disassembly of aeronautical parts, assemblies, and components.
• Work on structural components through drilling, filing, countersinking, bolting, riveting, and sealing.
• Performing functional and quality controls.
• Localization and repair of faults and defects.
• Monitoring and documentation of the work performed.
• Interpretation of technical drawings and parts lists.
• Application of the corresponding standards, procedures, and work techniques.

• Permanent contract.
• €31.50 gross/hour.
• 38.5 hours per week.
• Performance bonuses.
• 100% supplements for night work, weekends, and/or holidays, as applicable.
• Extraordinary pay.
• Starting from 25 working days of vacation per year.
• Working in a small team of aeronautical professionals within the AIRBUS plant.
• Accommodation in a single room, in an equipped residence shared with other Spanish colleagues.
• Accommodation located approximately 10 minutes from the workplace.
