Further training to Aircraft Structures Mechanic A320 Aircraft Construction (f/m/d) Gilching
YOUR TASKS
- You will undergo "4-week further training" to become an Aircraft Structures Mechanic (f/m/d)
- You will learn to work according to regulations and valid standards
- You will learn the pre-assembly of individual parts and sub-assemblies by drilling, countersinking, reaming and forming sheet metal and profiles
- You will learn the application of joining techniques such as riveting, screwing (tightening nuts and bolts, self-locking nuts, rivet nuts), bonding (wet installation of fasteners) and securing (wire and cotter pins)
- You will learn the processing of universal rivets (solid rivets), blind rivets (Hi-Lite, Hi-Lock, VERI-Lite, LOCKBOLT) and blind rivets (NAS, MS, EN)
- You will learn the processing of sealants and cold cleaners
- You will learn assembly of components
- You will learn to work within the framework of quality guidelines and the associated documentation
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- You have completed technical vocational training as an Industriemechaniker (f/m/d), Feinwerkmechaniker (f/m/d), Konstruktionsmechaniker (f/m/d), Metallbauer (f/m/d), Maschinenbaumechaniker (f/m/d), Karosseriebauer (f/m/d), Kraftfahrzeugmechaniker (f/m/d), Kraftfahrzeugmechatroniker (f/m/d), Automobilmechaniker (f/m/d), Mechatroniker (f/m/d), Werkzeugmacher (f/m/d), Werkzeugmechaniker (f/m/d), Zerspanungsmechaniker (f/m/d), Anlagenmechaniker SHK (f/m/d), Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (f/m/d), Teilezurichter (f/m/d), or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in the field of manufacturing, machining, processing, fabrication, production, assembly, disassembly of metal parts, assemblies, components

- You possess basic MS-Office knowledge
- You have basic English knowledge
- You are willing to work in 3-shift systems as well as overtime
