For our renowned customer from the aerospace industry at the location in 86153 Augsburg, we are looking for:

Process Mechanic / Laminator Aerospace Engineering ARIANE (m/f/d) Augsburg

YOUR TASKS

• You will work as a Laminator Fiber Composites Aerospace (m/f/d)
• You will produce fiber composite components, primarily using prepreg laminating technology for the aerospace project A400M
• You will operate the cutter: creation of the cuts
• You will apply specialist work steps: material-handling of organic fabrics, laying the prefabricated cuts into the corresponding FEMI
• You will set up the vacuum assembly
• You will demold cured components
• You will perform material bookings and documentation of the work in MES and SAP R3

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• You have completed technical vocational training as a Process Mechanic for Fiber Composite Materials (m/f/d), Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology (m/f/d), Process Mechanic for Coating Technology (m/f/d), Plastic Mold Maker (m/f/d), Plastic Injection Molder (m/f/d), Joiner (m/f/d), Carpenter (m/f/d), Cabinet Maker (m/f/d), Wood Mechanic (m/f/d), Building Joiner (m/f/d), Wood Processing Technician (m/f/d), Industrial Joiner (m/f/d), Mold Maker (m/f/d), Boat Builder (m/f/d), Model Maker (m/f/d), Light Aircraft Builder (m/f/d), Laminator (m/f/d), Painter and Lacquerer (m/f/d), Process Mechanic for Coating Technology (m/f/d), Vehicle Painter (m/f/d), Industrial Painter (m/f/d), Building and Object Coater (m/f/d), Painter (m/f/d), or a comparable vocational training
• You bring several years of professional experience in the processing, machining, manufacture, production, fabrication of lightweight materials such as carbon fiber reinforced plastics (carbon, CFK), composites, fiber composite materials, fiber composite components, glass fiber reinforced plastics (GFK), laminates, rubber, wood or plastics, preferably from aerospace engineering, industry or the Automotive sector
• You have basic MS-Office knowledge
• You have basic English knowledge
• You have a structured and careful way of working
• You are capable of teamwork and communication
