For our renowned customer from the aerospace industry at the location in 82205 Gilching, we are looking for:
Structural Mechanic A320 Aircraft Construction (m/f/d) Gilching
YOUR TASKS
- You will work as an aircraft builder (m/f/d)
- You will work according to regulations (80T) and valid standards
- You will perform pre-assembly of individual parts and sub-assemblies: drilling, countersinking, reaming
- You will apply joining techniques: riveting, screwing, gluing
- You will process universal rivets, blind rivets (Hi-Lite and Hi-Lok), blind rivets
- You will process sealants
- You will perform rework / repairs and remedial work
- You will perform assembly of assemblies in serial structural production
- You will work within the framework of quality guidelines and their documentation
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- You have completed technical vocational training as an aircraft mechanic (m/f/d), aircraft builder (m/f/d), further training as a structural mechanic (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), mechanical engineer (m/f/d), bodybuilder (m/f/d), automotive mechanic (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), automobile mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), toolmaker (m/f/d), tool mechanic (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d), plant mechanic SHK (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in the field of manufacturing, machining, processing, fabrication, production, assembly, disassembly of metal, CFK, GFK, parts, assemblies, components
- You preferably bring knowledge in structural mechanics, structural assembly, structural construction, aircraft construction, equipment mechanics or outfitting mechanics, preferably from aerospace engineering, automotive or industry
- You have completed further training in the field of structural mechanics

- You possess good MS-Office skills
- You have basic knowledge of English
- You are willing to work in 2-/3-shift systems
- You possess a class B/3 driver's license as well as a car
- You have a structured, careful, and result-oriented way of working
- You are a team player and have good communication skills
