For our renowned customer from the aerospace industry at the location in 86153 Augsburg, we are looking for:

NC Programmer Aerospace Engineering ARIANE (f/m/d) Augsburg

YOUR TASKS

• You are active as an NC Programmer (f/m/d)
• You program, document and simulate mechanical processing processes
• You create NC programs using CATIA V5 or Siemens NX for various 3/5-axis manufacturing centers or turning/milling machines
• You prepare a CAD model for measuring and evaluating on systems
• You perform simulation and release of the programs with Vericut
• You create and provide the necessary production documents, such as setup sheets, clamping sketches etc.
• You perform application and maintenance of the tool management system (Walter TDM)
• You run in the programs with production
• You are the contact person for our operating personnel for queries and malfunctions in series production
• You continuously analyze the systems for efficiency improvements
• You implement optimizations on the systems
• YOUR QUALIFICATION
• You have a completed technical degree as an engineer in electrical engineering (f/m/d), mechanical engineering (f/m/d), aerospace engineering (f/m/d), a technical vocational training with further training as a technician (f/m/d), or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in Configuration Management, Engineering, Elektrik, Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Sensorik, Wartung, Reparatur, Instandhaltung, Inspektion, Modifikation, Programmierung, Steuerungstechnik, Regelungstechnik, Maschinen- und Anlagentechnik, Betriebsmitteltechnik, Sondermaschinenbau, Robotik, Handlingsystemen or automation technology, preferably from aerospace engineering, logistics or the Automotive sector
• You preferably possess knowledge in NC/CNC control technology, control systems, control engineering, signal and data processing, networks, computer networks, Siemens S5 or S7, Beckhoff, SPS Programmierung, Step7, WinCC, SimaticNET, SimoDrive, Simotion, Festo, TIA-Portal as well as E-Plan programs
• You have good MS-Office skills
• You preferably possess Simatic (PLC Siemens), Sinumerik (axis dynamics and cycles), Delta Tau PMAC (motion control system), Brötje Soul (CAM System), CATIA V5, Siemens NX, SAP Matlab, (Assembly Design), NC, QT, C++, Python knowledge
• You have good English skills
• You have a structured, careful and result-oriented way of working
• You are a team player and have good communication skills
