Metalworking Specialist A320 Aircraft Construction (f/m/d) Gilching

YOUR TASKS

• You work as an aircraft structures mechanic (f/m/d) on structural components in the A320 area
• You work according to manufacturing instructions 80-T as well as valid standards
• You perform pre-assembly of individual parts and subgroups by drilling, countersinking and reaming
• You apply joining techniques through riveting, screwing and gluing
• You process universal rivets, close rivets (Hi-Lite and Hi-Lock) and blind rivets
• You process sealants
• You carry out rework, repairs and remedial work
• You assemble assemblies in serial structural production
• You work within the framework of quality guidelines and their documentation

YOUR QUALIFICATION

• You have completed technical vocational training as an aircraft mechanic (f/m/d), aircraft structures mechanic (f/m/d), further training as a structural mechanic (f/m/d), industrial mechanic (f/m/d), precision mechanic (f/m/d), construction mechanic (f/m/d), metalworker (f/m/d), mechanical engineer (f/m/d), bodybuilder (f/m/d), automotive mechanic (f/m/d), automotive mechatronics technician (f/m/d), automobile mechanic (f/m/d), mechatronics technician (f/m/d), toolmaker (f/m/d), tool mechanic (f/m/d), machining mechanic (f/m/d), plant mechanic SHK (f/m/d), machine and plant operator (f/m/d), part finisher (f/m/d), or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in the field of manufacturing, machining, processing, production, assembly, disassembly of metal components, assemblies or components, preferably from aerospace engineering, industry or the automotive sector

• You possess basic MS-Office knowledge
• You have basic English knowledge
• You bring the readiness for 3-shift work as well as the readiness for overtime
• You possess a driver's license B/3 and a car
• You have a structured, careful and result-oriented way of working
