For our renowned customer from the aerospace industry at the location in 82205 Gilching, we are looking for:
Maintenance Mechanic for Machines and Equipment A320 Aircraft Construction (m/f/d) Gilching
YOUR TASKS
- You will work as a maintenance mechanic (m/f/d)
- You will carry out repairs in the event of deviations and malfunction-related equipment failures using a safe application of various tools and machines
- You will ensure production equipment quality through regular inspection of partially complex, precise production equipment and special production equipment (Femi) according to testing and maintenance plans
- You will carry out regular and independent repair of defective processing machines from production to ensure a smooth production process
- You will plan, execute, and document test procedures and functional tests in compliance with applicable quality standards
- You will arrange regular inspections of measuring and operating equipment according to internal specifications and record the data
- You will carry out independent spare parts procurement using bills of materials and construction documents
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- You have completed technical vocational training as a Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/f/d), CNC-Fachkraft (m/f/d), NC-Anwendungsfachmann (m/f/d), CNC-Dreher-/Fräser-/Bohrer-/Schleifer (m/f/d), Erodierer (m/f/d), Industriemechaniker (m/f/d), Maschinen- und Anlagenbediener (m/f/d), Feinwerkmechaniker (m/f/d), Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/f/d), Maschinenbaumechaniker (m/f/d), Werkzeugmechaniker (m/f/d), Werkzeugmacher (m/f/d), Metallbauer (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in the operation of conventional and/or computer-controlled NC/CNC machines, machining centers from chip removal, turning technology, milling technology, grinding technology, or EDM technology, preferably from aerospace, automotive or industry
- You bring knowledge of 3-axis or 5-axis milling machines, NC/CNC controlled machining machines/centers with common controls Siemens Sinumeric 840D, Heidenhain iTNC530, 640, Milplus or Fanuc
- You have basic MS Office skills
- You have basic English skills
- You have a structured, careful, and result-oriented way of working
- You are a team player and have good communication skills
