Engineer Developer Bonding Processes Satellite Technology Aerospace Engineering (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
- You will work as a Process Developer for Bonding Processes (m/f/d)
- You develop, evaluate and qualify bonding processes
- You carry out optimization, adaptation and introduction of bonding processes for electronic devices and optical systems
You carry out technological analysis and remediation of process problems
- You carry out application-related selection of suitable plastics
- You provide technological process support for projects and quality assurance
- You supervise and release external technical service providers
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- You have a completed technical degree as an Engineer in Process Engineering (m/f/d), Engineer in Materials Technology (m/f/d), Engineer in Corrosion Protection Technology (m/f/d), Engineer in Materials Science (m/f/d), Engineer in Chemical Engineering (m/f/d), Engineer in Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d), Engineer in Precision Engineering (m/f/d), Engineer in Aerospace Industry (m/f/d), a completed technical vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician (m/f/d), Laboratory Assistant (m/f/d), Chemical Laboratory Worker (m/f/d), Analyst (m/f/d), Electroplater (m/f/d) with further training as a Master (m/f/d), Technician (m/f/d), Materials Tester (m/f/d), Materials Technician (m/f/d), Chemical Technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience from R&D, Research and Development, Qualification, Test, Experiment, Laboratory, Chemistry, Feasibility, Material Properties, Project Management or Quality Management of lightweight materials such as carbon fiber reinforced plastics (Carbon, CFK), Composites, Fiber Reinforced Materials, Fiber Reinforced Components, Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics (GFK), Laminates, Rubber, Plastics, Lacquers, Paints, Sealants, Adhesives, Materials or Films from Aerospace Engineering, Automotive or Industry
- You possess good knowledge of bonding processes, materials, adhesives and plastics
- You possess good MS-Office skills
- You have very good English skills
- You have a structured, careful and result-oriented way of working
- You are capable of teamwork and communication
