Engineer Electrical Engineering Data Transmission Satellite Technology Aerospace Engineering (f/m/d)
YOUR TASKS
- You are responsible as a Development Engineer for digital data transmission systems (f/m/d)
- You design and simulate electronic digital and high-frequency circuits
- You select suitable components taking (space) requirements into account
- You develop device concepts based on system requirements
- You create the corresponding circuit diagrams and supervise the layout process
- You specify the requirements of subassemblies and FPGA / ASIC functionality
- You define and carry out prototype tests
- You perform cross-departmental technical coordination of development activities
- You prepare for and participate in program-reviews and customer meetings
- You create documentation and analysis documents
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- You have a completed technical degree as a Business Information Scientist (f/m/d), Engineering Information Scientist (f/m/d), Systems Information Scientist (f/m/d), Engineer Electrical Engineering (f/m/d), Engineer Communications Engineering (f/m/d), Engineer Mechanical Engineering (f/m/d), Engineer Aerospace Engineering (f/m/d), Physicist (f/m/d), Mathematician (f/m/d), or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in project management, research, development, R&D, testing, experimentation, simulation, analysis, system design, device or system development, system engineering, system engineer or support, preferably from aerospace engineering, industry or the automotive sector
- You preferably bring experience from the aerospace industry or the Bundeswehr
- You preferably bring knowledge in high-frequency technology, antenna technology, communications engineering, satellite technology, digital technology
- You have good MS-Office skills
- You preferably possess knowledge in the design and simulation of electronic circuits, handling of common HF measuring instruments, network and spectrum analyzers
- You preferably have knowledge of ECAD systems (Siemens, Altium), Labview, Matlab, Python, Spice, CST, ADS
- You have very good English skills
- You have a structured, careful and result-oriented way of working
- You are a team player and have good communication skills
