For our renowned customer from the aerospace industry at the location in 82205 Gilching, we are looking for:

Industrial Master / Technician Team Leader A320 Aircraft Construction (m/f/d) Gilching

YOUR TASKS

• You are active as Team Leader Production Riveting (m/f/d)
• You lead and coordinate the team – Riveting
• You are responsible for the shift and deployment planning of the employees
• You support personnel management and support in accordance with company goals
• You promote and motivate the employees as well as regular performance evaluations
• You monitor the costs and adhere to the budget
• You prioritize tasks to achieve specified goals and deadlines
• You ensure a smooth workflow, especially in case of problems or bottlenecks
• You carry out the efficient use of machines and materials to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards
• You support the optimization of production processes and work equipment
• You ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations
• YOUR QUALIFICATION
• You have completed technical vocational training as an aircraft mechanic (m/f/d), aircraft builder (m/f/d), further training as a structural mechanic (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), mechanical engineer (m/f/d), bodybuilder (m/f/d), automotive mechanic (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), automobile mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), toolmaker (m/f/d), tool mechanic (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d), plant mechanic SHK (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d), further training as a Master (m/f/d) or Technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in work preparation, production control, production management, production planning, scheduling, logistics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, material flow control, material procurement, process planning, process design, process control, process optimization, process monitoring or Manufacturing Engineering, preferably from aerospace engineering, Automotive or logistics
• You preferably possess knowledge in NC/CNC control technology programs
• You possess good MS-Office knowledge
• You preferably possess SAP knowledge
• You have good English skills
• You have a structured, careful, and result-oriented way of working
• You are capable of teamwork and communication
