For our renowned customer from the aerospace industry at the location in 82205 Gilching, we are looking for:
Electrician / Electronics Technician / Mechatronics Technician Maintenance A320 Aircraft Construction (m/f/d) Gilching
YOUR TASKS
- You will work as an equipment electronics technician / electrical specialist (m/f/d)
- You ensure the availability of the CNC production systems through proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting
- You are responsible for electrical engineering (VEFK) - coordination of all mandatory inspection measures, ensuring electrical safety as well as authorizing electrical work within the company
- You carry out independent planning and execution of maintenance and repair activities on complex production systems with electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components
- You regularly check, perform preventive maintenance and optimization of components and software on the riveting systems to increase productivity and system availability
- You perform error analyses and rectifications using modern diagnostic systems
- You create detailed documentation for rapid fault identification and rectification
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- You have completed technical vocational training as an aircraft electronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician for devices and systems (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial electronics technician (m/f/d), power electronics technician (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), automotive electrician (m/f/d), information electronics technician (m/f/d), communication electronics technician (m/f/d), further training as a master (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in technical maintenance, electrical engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, maintenance, repair, inspection, modification, control technology, regulation technology, machine and plant technology, equipment technology, special machine construction, robotics, handling systems or automation technology, preferably from aerospace engineering, logistics or the automotive industry
- You possess good knowledge in NC/CNC control technology, regulation technology, Siemens, Beckhoff, PLC programming, Step7, WinCC, SimaticNET, SimoDrive, Simotion, Siemens S7 or TIA-Portal
- You possess basic MS-Office knowledge
- You have basic English knowledge
- You are willing to participate in on-call duty
- You have a structured, careful and result-oriented way of working
- You are a team player and have good communication skills
