HVAC Technical Expert M/F

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an HVAC Technical Expert M/F, reporting to the National Technical Manager, you will join a team of 3 employees. This is a transversal position, with regular travel throughout France and occasionally in Germany.

Technical expertise & AHU support

• Provide the reference technical support for AHUs, from order registration to commissioning
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Provide technical support remotely (telephone, video call) and on-site to technicians and customers

Operational follow-up & sites

• Oversee the operational follow-up of AHU business
• Coordinate technical actions with internal teams

Training & knowledge transfer

• Participate in the creation of training materials
• Lead technical training sessions (internal and customers)
• Contribute to the skill development of technicians

• Yes, you will sometimes have to put on your boots to go to a site… but between two troubleshooting video calls, you will remain above all THE AHU technical reference that people come looking for!

REQUIRED PROFILE

You are the ideal person if you possess:

• Confirmed technical expertise in Air Handling Units, acquired over a minimum of 10 years
• BAC+2 to BAC+5 education in the field of refrigeration, heating and/or regulation
• Operational professional spoken English, and German is an asset
• Autonomy, synthesis skills, and a sense of service: you are recognized as THE reference technical person that people can count on
