HVAC Estimator M/F

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an HVAC Estimator M/F, reporting to the Sales Manager, you will join a sales team composed of 2 Sales Engineers. As a true technical partner, you will support them on a daily basis in developing activities across the entire French territory.

Preparation of offers

• Estimate and select climate and refrigeration equipment according to the CCTP
• Develop and optimize technical and commercial offers
• Transmit and follow up on quotes in collaboration with the sales engineers

Order management

• Receive and record customer orders
• Ensure administrative follow-up and file compliance
• Transmit information to downstream departments to guarantee process continuity

Customer support & continuous improvement

• Provide technical advice to customers (design offices, installers) on equipment solutions
• Master and evolve the estimation and selection tools
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for processes

Estimating a quote, setting a schedule, juggling two sales engineers simultaneously… a position where rigor meets interpersonal skills, without ever falling into routine!

REQUIRED PROFILE

You are the ideal person if you possess:

• Bac+2/+3 in the HVAC and refrigeration field
• 1st field experience as a refrigeration technician or in a technical-sales position is appreciated
• Intermediate level English (reading, writing)
• Rigor, autonomy, and true interpersonal skills: you know how to juggle between technical requirements and customer satisfaction

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Package: Fixed salary + 13th month + Holiday bonus + Restaurant vouchers + RTT + Hour counter + reimbursement of transport or travel + participation, profit-sharing
