Created in 2006, AgileBuyer provides rapid solutions to its clients' needs through services in Purchasing Team members, Strategic Purchasing Consulting, Purchasing Interim Management, Purchasing Events, and Training, in production, non-production, and investment purchasing.

AgileBuyer is a human-sized firm (approximately 80 employees). We recruit both for permanent contracts (CDI) and as independent contractors.

As an AgileBuyer consultant, you will report to the Associate Director or a Purchasing Manager. You will work at one of our major accounts as a Contract Manager, on subjects related to purchasing and contract management.

Your main missions:

• Support requesters in expressing and defining their needs
• Search for and qualify suppliers and manage calls for tender
• Coordinate the various stakeholders involved in the files
• Identify and monitor risks related to projects and orders
• Negotiate and draft orders, amendments, and contracts
• Ensure monitoring and contractual compliance until the final receipt of equipment
• Participate in the evaluation and management of supplier performance
• Monitor purchasing performance and ensure financial, planning, and contractual reporting
• Participate in exchanges with the requesting teams
• Propose actions for improvement and simplification of processes
• Contribute to compliance with requirements regarding compliance, cybersecurity, and data protection

Profile sought

With a minimum of a Bac + 4/5 degree, from a University, Business School, or generalist Engineering School. You have pep, you like dynamic environments, sharing, and conviviality, and you adapt easily to different professional contexts.
