About the role

• You will become part of a manufacturing development team focusing on battery production.
• The role involves supporting the development and implementation of products and processes globally.
• The work takes place in close collaboration with production and development.

What you will do

• Virtually ensure product and process solutions in early stages.
• Contribute to ensuring that manual and automated flows function efficiently.
• Support work with quality, line balancing, cost-effectiveness, and flexibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production and R&D.

We are looking for someone who has

• At least 5 years of experience in process design for body shop or battery workshop.
• Experience in design for manufacturing, with a focus on DFA/DFM.
• Technical education at university level or equivalent experience.
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• A structured way of working and good documentation skills.
