UX Designer Specialist

Shape intuitive digital products through user research, concept development, and UX/UI design in close collaboration with cross-functional product teams.

Do you want to create user experiences that make complex digital products simple and value-adding? In this role, you will drive the design work from insight and concept to launch and continuous improvement, together with an experienced product team.

About the role

• You will become a key person in a cross-functional team developing digital, customer-centric products.
• You represent the users' needs throughout the entire product development cycle.
• You combine user value, business goals, and technical constraints in your design work.

What you will do

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and product teams.
• Create user flows, concepts, prototypes, and detailed UI design in Figma.
• Follow the design from early idea to delivery, launch, and further development.
• Contribute to design systems, working methods, and design competence within the organization.

We are looking for you who have

• Relevant higher education in interaction design or a related design field.
• At least eight years of experience in professional UX and UI design work.
• Experience in visual design work, usability analysis, and complex user flows.
• Ability to lead design-related discussions and workshops.
• A portfolio that demonstrates how you have created impact through design.

Technology & Tools

• Figma for UX, UI, and prototypes.
• Design systems and component-based design.
• Qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Basic understanding of front-end development and the interaction between design and code.
