Technical Lead – Microsoft Entra Global Secure Access

Drive the development of a scalable Zero Trust platform and secure access to mission-critical applications in a large enterprise environment.

Do you want to lead the development of a modern platform for secure application access? In this role, you will combine technical leadership, platform development, and operational responsibility in a complex enterprise environment. You will become a key person in the work with Zero Trust and secure, scalable access to internal services.

About the role

Take full technical responsibility for Microsoft Entra Global Secure Access. Focus initially on establishing and further developing Entra Private Access. Work closely with IAM, network, security, client, and application teams. Combine architectural work with hands-on troubleshooting and operational responsibility.

What you will do

Design and further develop scalable architecture for Private Access, connectors, and high availability. Onboard and migrate internal applications from VPN solutions to Zero Trust-based access. Configure access control with Entra ID, groups, application assignments, Conditional Access, and MFA. Drive incident management, root cause analysis, monitoring, and capacity planning. Develop technical standards, runbooks, support processes, and rollback routines.

We are looking for someone who has

Solid practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID in large organizations. Experience with Entra Global Secure Access, Entra Private Access, or similar ZTNA solutions. Good knowledge of access, Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust. Strong understanding of networking, application connectivity, and troubleshooting in production environments. Experience in technical leadership, incident management, and collaboration across multiple technical domains.

Technology & Tools

Microsoft Entra ID and Global Secure Access. Entra Private Access, Private Network Connectors, and connector groups. Conditional Access, MFA, security groups, and device compliance. DNS, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, TLS, and HTTP/HTTPS. Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, as well as ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira are meritorious.
