Carpenter (M/F)

Your responsibility for supplier quality in a technically advanced environment where you drive improvements, audits, and quality assurance close to production and suppliers.

Here, you will have a key role in the work of ensuring quality in purchasing and the supplier chain. You will drive improvements, follow up on supplier performance, and collaborate closely with both production and purchasing.

About the role

Responsible for supplier quality and supplier development. Ensure that purchased items, materials, and subsystems maintain the correct quality. Work closely with purchasing, production quality, and suppliers. Provide mentoring support to less experienced colleagues as needed.

What you will do

Drive the implementation of purchasing strategy, policy, and routines. Conduct supplier and product audits on-site at suppliers. Follow up on quality performance and drive corrective actions. Handle complaints and review supplier responses. Work with production deviations together with the relevant functions.

We are looking for you who have

Long experience in supplier quality or supplier development. Experience with classic quality work, preferably also production quality. Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, PPAP, and MSA. Good ability to read drawings and understand form and position tolerances. Relevant college or university education, or equivalent experience. Very good English in speech and writing.
