Service Owner Analytics & Senior BI Developer

Drive and develop modern analytical solutions in a senior role where you combine service ownership with practical BI and data platform development. In this senior role, you will work with scalable dataproducts and modern analytical solutions in an organization with many business areas and stakeholders. About the role Responsible for selected analytics and BI services throughout their entire lifecycle. Combine service ownership, prioritization, and stakeholder dialogue with hands-on development. Contribute to the transition from legacy BI solutions to a Databricks-based analytics platform. Collaborate closely with the business, data engineers, and platform teams.

What you will do Manage, support, and further develop analytics and BI solutions. Develop data models, transformations, and reusable analytical components in Databricks. Create and maintain semantic models, reports, and dashboards in Power BI. Translate business needs into scalable dataproducts and analytical solutions. Contribute to AI-related analytics initiatives, data preparation, and feature-ready datasets.

We are looking for you who have Senior experience in developing BI and analytics solutions with clear business value. Strong practical competence in Databricks, SQL, notebooks, and data modeling. Solid experience with Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX, and performance optimization. A good understanding of data architecture as well as ETL and ELT principles. The ability to drive priorities and collaborate with both the business and technical teams.

Technology & Tools Databricks for data modeling, transformations, and analytics development. Power BI for semantic models, reporting, and dashboards. SQL, DAX, and notebooks. ETL/ELT and data architecture principles. Qlik Sense and AI/ML-related analytics applications are merits.

Practical information Location: Göteborg. Work model: Hybrid, with work at the office approximately 2–3 days per week. Language: English in a professional work environment.
