Service Operations Implementation Lead

Drive the implementation of scalable service offerings – from customer journey and business requirements to processes, pilot, and market rollout. In this leadership role, you will drive the work from concept and customer journey to processes, business requirements, piloting, and rollout. You will become a central force in the development of services within aftermarket and the service business. About the role Drive the operationalization of service agreements and connected services. Translate strategic direction into working methods, processes, and actionable plans. Work cross-functionally between business, operations, data, and IT. Ensure that solutions are ready for pilot and further rollout.

This is what you will do Design the target vision and operating model for service offerings. Map customer, partner, and internal processes from end to end. Define and document business requirements, system dependencies, and data needs. Identify gaps and prioritize process, data, and system improvements. Facilitate workshops, follow up on activities, and prepare decision-making documents.

We are looking for you who have Solid experience in business development within the service or aftermarket business. Experience in developing processes and translating strategy into implementation. Experience in gathering business requirements and collaborating closely with IT and digital teams. Experience in complex, cross-functional environments and stakeholder management. Meritorious experience with service agreements, recurring revenue models, or partner networks.
