Senior UX Designer – Digital Accessibility

Drive digital accessibility from auditing to sustainable workflows. You will help product and development teams create inclusive digital experiences from the start. In the role of Senior UX Designer with a focus on digital accessibility, you will combine practical audits with the long-term development of workflows, standards, and expertise. About the role Work in a senior UX role with a clear focus on inclusive design and digital accessibility. Support product and development teams in building accessibility from the beginning. Combine accessibility audits with the development of scalable workflows.

What you will do Audit digital services and user journeys against WCAG 2.2 AA. Identify, prioritize, and document accessibility risks based on user impact and severity. Perform manual testing with keyboard navigation and screen readers. Provide concrete and actionable improvement suggestions to design and development teams. Contribute to standards, methodology, training materials, and accessible design systems.

We are looking for you who have Solid experience as a UX designer with specialist expertise in digital accessibility. Practical experience in translating audit results into clear actions for design and development. Experience in auditing design, flows, components, and interactions from an accessibility perspective. Understanding of usability testing with people with, for example, visual, cognitive, or reading-related disabilities. Meritorious certification or training in accessibility, such as IAAP WAS, CPWA, CPACC, or equivalent.
