Senior Simulation & Analysis Engineer

Develop future engine concepts through advanced gas exchange simulations and close collaboration with testing and development teams. Do you want to contribute to the development of future engine concepts through advanced simulation and analysis? Here, you will work closely with both development and testing teams to transform test data into reliable models and technical decisions. About the role You will work as a senior simulation engineer within engine development. The role focuses on gas exchange simulation and analysis across several development phases. You will contribute to future concepts, improved methods, and robust workflows.

This is what you will do Set up, calibrate, and perform gas exchange simulations. Analyze results and prepare documentation for technical concept decisions. Collaborate with engine and component testing to correlate models against test data. Develop and improve simulation methods and workflows.

We are looking for you who have A Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent within a relevant technical field. Education or good knowledge of internal combustion engines. At least five years of relevant experience in simulation and technical analysis. The ability to work independently and in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Technology & Tools GT-Power or similar simulation tools. ICES or equivalent internal simulation environment. Matlab, Python, or similar programming languages. Test data, model correlation, and calibration.
