Senior Project Manager within the defense industry

About the role

• You have overall responsibility for the projects' goals, scope, and deliveries.
• You work in a complex, defense-related industrial environment with many dependencies.
• You combine a strategic perspective with operational execution.

What you will do

• Plan, lead, and follow up on projects from initiation to industrialization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal functions, and external stakeholders.
• Manage budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
• Ensure clear project communication, status reporting, and decision support.
• Create direction, accountability, and consensus regarding the project's deliveries.

We are looking for you who have

• Documented experience of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in budget responsibility, resource management, and delivery follow-up.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Relevant university education, preferably within engineering, economics, or a similar field, alternatively equivalent work experience.
• Experience from industrial or comparably complex project environments is meritorious.
