Senior PLC Programmer

Your tasks

Develop and deploy PLC solutions for automated production systems in a senior and business-oriented role.

Do you want to develop control systems that make automated production environments work in practice? In this senior role, you will work with PLC solutions for AGV projects, from system design and programming to testing and commissioning.

About the role You will become a key person in the development of automation solutions for industrial environments. The role includes both technical overall responsibility and practical implementation. You will collaborate cross-functionally with project and technical teams.

What you will do

• Design and develop PLC control systems based on project requirements.
• Program and implement solutions within AGV projects.
• Develop and maintain HMI terminals for operator interaction.
• Participate in performance testing and production startups.
• Be responsible for machine interfaces in connection with machine procurement.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has

• Several years of experience with PLC solutions and automation systems.
• Education or a relevant background in automation, robotics, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
• Ability to work with system architecture, system design, and technical planning.
• Knowledge of HMI design and programming as well as SCADA systems.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP networks; experience with vision systems is a merit.
