Senior Microsoft 365 Architect

Do you want to shape how a large organization governs, secures, and further develops its Microsoft 365 platform? In this senior architect role, you will combine strategic advisory with practical work in digital collaboration, information governance, and AI. You will become an important part of an experienced team in transition.

About the role

• Contribute to the architecture, governance, and development of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Strengthen capacity within digital collaboration, security, and platform services.
• Work closely with service owners, architects, technicians, and security functions.
• Influence the division of responsibility and working methods in a team under development.

What you will do

• Develop governance models for SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
• Reduce risks related to sprawl, unclear ownership, and unstructured content.
• Work with information protection, classification, lifecycle management, and access control.
• Contribute guidelines and governance for Microsoft 365 Copilot and other enterprise AI.
• Provide architectural support and advice regarding the platform's capabilities and limitations.

We are looking for you who have

• Solid experience in architecture and design for Microsoft 365.
• Experience in governance for collaboration platforms in complex organizations.
• Knowledge in information management, compliance, or information security.
• Experience with policies for, for example, data classification, permissions, and lifecycle management.
• Experience in supporting or governing the implementation of AI functions at an organizational level.
