Senior Fullstack Developer & Tech Lead

About the role

• Work as a senior fullstack developer and tech lead in a cross-functional development team.
• Develop and maintain a business-critical, global digital platform.
• Take responsibility for technical choices, quality, and delivery to production.
• Support and guide other developers in the team.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain microservices and micro-applications.
• Build solutions with Kotlin in the backend and React in the frontend.
• Integrate internal and external services through Kafka.
• Drive automation, deployment, reliability, and maintainability.
• Develop and improve CI/CD flows together with the team.

We are looking for you who have

• Practical experience with Kotlin, Kafka, and React.
• Experience in backend development and preferably also frontend development.
• Familiarity with continuous delivery and trunk-based development.
• Ability to take technical responsibility and make thoughtful decisions regarding releases.
• Very good communication skills and experience collaborating in English.
