Senior Business Controller

About the role

• Work close to the business in a global organization with a focus on research and development.
• Contribute to the development of future models for financial management.
• Be a business partner to managers, management, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support the business in changing working methods, systems, and processes.

What you will do

• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Follow up on key performance indicators, results, and cost development.
• Support month-end closing processes and analyses for operational management.
• Prepare decision support for strategic and operational decisions.
• Develop processes, tools, and working methods within controlling.

We are looking for you who have

• A Master's degree in economics, business administration, or industrial engineering.
• At least five years of experience in business controlling or similar financial controlling.
• Experience in budget, forecast, analysis, reporting, and month-end closing work.
• The ability to collaborate with management teams and influence decision-making.
• Experience of international and cross-functional organizations.

Technology & Tools

• Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
• Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and decision support.
• Power BI for analysis and follow-up.
• SAP is a merit.
• Data-driven analysis and financial management systems.

• Location: Södertälje.
• Way of working: work on-site five days a week.
• Language: English is a requirement.
