Senior Business Architect – SAP S/4HANA O2C

Drive end-to-end architecture for Order-to-Cash in a global ERP transformation. Combine business architecture, SAP S/4HANA, and Dynamics 365 in a complex manufacturing environment.

Do you want to shape efficient and scalable order flows in a global ERP transformation? In the role of Senior Business Architect, you will work end-to-end with Order-to-Cash and create the interplay between business, processes, and ERP platforms. You will become a key person in a complex manufacturing environment with international stakeholders.

About the role

• Work as a senior business architect within Order-to-Cash and Order-to-Delivery.
• Support a global transformation of processes and the ERP landscape.
• Ensure a coherent target architecture across multiple business areas.
• Collaborate with business owners, process developers, and cross-functional teams.

What you will do

• Represent and develop the O2C process for external sales.
• Secure integration between sales, delivery, export, invoicing, finance, and procurement.
• Create and further develop process documentation, governance, and global templates.
• Drive design decisions towards scalability, standard processes, and business goals.
• Communicate and escalate business impact during process changes.

We are looking for you who have

• University education, preferably in computer science or a related field.
• At least eight years of relevant experience in business architecture and SAP S/4HANA O2C.
• Experience of Order-to-Delivery in a manufacturing business.
• A good understanding of sales, delivery, export, and invoicing processes.
• Experience of complex, global environments and multiple ERP implementations.

Technology & Tools

• SAP S/4HANA for Order-to-Cash processes.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 in an integrated ERP landscape.
• BPMN for process modeling and documentation.
• ARIS or equivalent tools for process documentation.
• ERP integration between multiple platforms.

Practical information

• Location: Södertälje.
• Way of working: Hybrid, with work at the office approximately three days per week.
• Language: English, fluent in speaking and writing.
