Scrum Master / Agile Flow Leader

Drive agile working methods and delivery in a development team working with electrified vehicles and wire harnesses for chassis applications.

About the role

• You will work as a Scrum Master and Agile Flow Leader for a team within vehicle development.
• The team develops solutions for wire harnesses and electrical installations in chassis applications.
• The focus is on working methods, delivery transparency, and continuous improvement.
• You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, technical leadership, and adjacent development teams.

What you will do

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Support the team in prioritization, planning, and follow-up of deliveries.
• Remove obstacles, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
• Coach the team in agile principles and effective working methods.
• Coordinate collaboration with stakeholders and nearby technical teams.

We are looking for you who has

• At least one year of experience as a Scrum Master, team leader, project manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in facilitating teams and driving continuous improvements.
• Ability to create shared understanding and collaboration between multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Good communication skills and a coaching approach.
• Meritorious understanding of vehicle, product, or electrical installation development.

• Jira for planning and follow-up.
• Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Mural for workshops and visual facilitation.
• Scrum and other agile working methods.

Practical information

• Location: Södertälje.
• Working method: Hybrid, with at least three days per week on-site. The need for presence may increase.
• Language: Fluent English in speech and writing. Swedish is meritorious.
