Project Assurance Manager

Do you want to create structure and predictability in complex product development projects? In the role of Project Assurance Manager, you will drive project planning, quality assurance, and risk management in an international environment with a focus on sustainable transport solutions.

About the role

• Work in a PMO team responsible for major technical development projects.
• Ensure that projects meet set goals, milestones, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with functions such as engineering, production, purchasing, and sales.
• Contribute to predictable product launches through clear project management.

What you will do

• Anchor project gates, milestones, and final deliveries cross-functionally.
• Follow up on project status and drive actions in case of deviations.
• Develop master schedules and alternative project scenarios.
• Plan and coordinate internal project audits as well as decision support materials.
• Lead risk management and ensure that lessons learned are utilized.

We are looking for you who have

• Higher education from a college or university in engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years of experience in project management within technical development.
• A good understanding of project methodology and project management.
• The ability to analyze complex issues and create structure during change.
• Experience in communicating and collaborating with several different functions.
