In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate and prevent quality issues in the market in the long term. About the role You will become part of a product quality function at a major player in the automotive industry. The role focuses on early detection and management of customer-related quality issues. You will work independently with support and guidance as needed.

Your tasks

This is what you will do Analyze statistical data and market reports to detect quality issues early. Initiate and drive investigations into customer and product quality issues. Propose and implement temporary measures that reduce impact on the market. Drive sustainable solutions that prevent recurring quality issues. Communicate status, actions, and lessons learned to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

We are looking for you who have Relevant experience in product quality, deviation management, or quality development. The ability to analyze data and translate insights into concrete actions. Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams. Understanding of root cause analysis and working with preventive quality measures. A good ability to communicate clearly regarding complex quality issues.
