Product Development Project Manager

Drive product development projects within aftermarket and ensure deliveries, budget, and schedules in a cross-functional environment. We are looking for an experienced project manager who wants to drive product development projects with a focus on aftermarket and ensure deliveries throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will play a central role in coordinating teams, plans, and stakeholders in a complex, cross-functional environment. About the role Lead projects within product development and aftermarket engineering. Ensure that goals, deliveries, and decisions are followed up through the various phases of the project. Work closely with several functions to create cohesion in planning and execution.

What you will do Lead the project team and drive the work towards set milestones. Be responsible for the follow-up of project budget and schedules. Coordinate deliveries and needs in plans for, for example, verification and validation. Ensure that agreed deliveries are integrated into the project as a whole. Handle trade-offs and make decisions based on priorities and available documentation.

We are looking for you who have Experience in project management within product development. Experience in aftermarket or related business areas. Understanding of both agile working methods and waterfall projects. Ability to work analytically, pragmatically, and solution-oriented. Good experience in collaborating with stakeholders in cross-functional organizations.
