Your tasks

Take a leading technical role within passive vehicle safety and develop safe, verifiable features in complex vehicle projects. Do you want to lead the development of features within passive vehicle safety? Here, you will combine deep technical understanding with coordination, requirements engineering, and verification in complex vehicle projects. About the role You will be part of a team responsible for passive safety features. The role has a technical leadership responsibility for a defined functional area. You will collaborate closely with design groups, CAE engineers, and project teams. You will contribute to safe and robust solutions throughout the entire development process.

This is what you will do Define product requirements and methods for verification and validation. Translate product goals into measurable requirements together with the project team. Develop plans for verification and validation at the functional level. Coordinate functional development between projects and ensure safe development plans. Further develop test methods and design requirements based on user needs and market trends.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has A Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education. Experience in safety work within the automotive industry. Knowledge of analysis, testing, and functional development. Experience with systems and functions within passive safety. The ability to analyze complex system behaviors.
